Six Missionaries Deployed in the last three months!

Pictured above are our newest appointees Sublime and Rachel Mabiala. He is originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) she is from Detroit, Michigan. They will be involved in leadership training and community empowerment for Church Planting movements in the Ivory Coast (https://converge.org/missionary/sublime-rachel-mabiala). Also pictured isTania Martin, the Director of Mobilization, and me.

Every single Converge appointee is seeking to reach the least reached in our generation. We are thankful for each appointee. God is working in all of their lives. As global workers begin to build their team, they often wonder what it's going to be like to 'ask for money.' The answer, of course, is: "Don't!" As we all share God's heart for how He has directed us, teams are built. At Launch (appointee training), Ivan Velhuizen, Vice President of International Ministries shares; the Levite's looked to God, the Israelites gave to God and met the Levite's ministry needs.

As God works through you, our partnership team, to encourage these appointees, they challenge us as well. Recently Brett (https://converge.org/missionary/brett-yazzie) inspired me to witness more as he told the story of his wristband giving him the opportunity to speak of Christ - as did his "Jesus Guy" Packer jersey!
