Efrem Smith

Pastor, author, motivational speaker and consultant

Efrem Smith was the founding pastor of The Sanctuary Covenant Church, a multi-ethnic church in Minneapolis, MN. He also co-founded and was President of The Sanctuary Community Development Corporation. Efrem served as the Superintendent of the Pacific Southwest Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church, providing leadership to 160 churches within California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii, and Utah. He also served as the President and CEO of World Impact, an urban missions organization committed to empowering urban leaders and planting churches in under-resourced communities. Currently, he is the Co-lead Pastor of Bayside Church Midtown, a thriving and multi-ethnic community in Sacramento, California.

Craig Smith

Lead pastor of Mission Hills Church

Craig is passionate about teaching God’s Word in a way that unleashes the followers of Jesus to be transformed and transformational. Craig holds an Master of Divinity from Denver Seminary and a Ph.D. in New Testament Studies from Trinity College, Bristol University, UK. He teaches New Testament and Theology courses at Denver Seminary and is the author of several books, including his latest release How (Not) to Miss God Moving.

Justin Kendrick

Lead pastor of Vox Church

Justin Kendrick started Vox Church with a small group of friends in 2011. Since that time, Vox Church has continued to expand to reach more cities and more people with the love of Christ. Currently, Vox Church has 9 locations across Connecticut and Massachusetts. It is their dream to see churches started in every major city across the Northeast. Justin and Chrisy live with their four children in the New Haven area.

Scott Ridout

President, Converge

Before becoming president of Converge, Scott was lead pastor of Sun Valley Community Church in Arizona. He also served six years as a Converge overseer, co-led the Vision Arizona church planting team and led Converge Generosity. President Ridout is also a church leadership mentor and coach.

Ivan Veldhuizen

Vice President of International Ministries, Converge

With missionaries and ministry partnerships around the world, Ivan’s goal is to lead initiatives that will move us toward fulfilling the Great Commission in his lifetime. Ivan served as a field associate with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association for five years, bringing Dr. Graham’s vision for evangelism to 24 countries. He is a graduate of Bethel Seminary and formerly served as a Converge pastor for 28 years.
