The Converge Ethnic Ministries are ethnic teams representing various ethnicities and cultures as member churches within the Converge movement. The ethnic ministries serve as organized expansion ministries in partnership with the Converge National Office as ambassadors and advocates to multiply and expand the vision and mission of Converge by planting ethnic churches and assisting the ten Converge regions in assessing and affiliating new ethnic churches within each region.

The Filipino Ethnic Ministry has a mission to start and strengthen churches in Filipino communities throughout the U.S. This ministry identifies potential church planters and strengthens churches through assessment, training and coaching.
