The Lord called Tim and Bethany to serve in the Philippines for two terms equipping Filipino leaders for gospel ministry. During their 2nd term while the COVID pandemic raged, their ministry transitioned to the internet / social media space. It was during this time that they saw the need to re-think theological education for their students who did not grow up in Western academic contexts & because of the transformational, scalable, & sustainable power of this new & evolving space in global missions. They are very passionate about bringing the gospel & theological education practically & visually to the least reach people groups of the world.

Tim's educational background, tech, & cross-cultural experience, will serve him well as a Global Training Associate on the Converge International Ministry Training Team. He will work in curriculum development, equipping & mentoring of global workers, developing online platforms, & utilizing tech to help reach every least-reached people group in our generation. He will also be developing visual theological education & implementing it both within Converge's EQUIP training pathways & his continued mentorship of national & indigenous leaders. Bethany continues to create a thriving home space for their growing family and lend her skills to editing & creating content for curriculum & social media, as well as mentor global workers as time permits.
