Hey there! My name is Michael Duquesnel and I am the coordinator for recruitment and mobilization for the Alliance for Transatlantic Theological Training (AT3). AT3 as an organization exists to see a thriving church in a post-Christian culture. We do that by mobilizing missionaries and placing them in churches around the United Kingdom. Once there, they can learn from church leaders who have been working in the post-Christian world for years already, learning for themselves how to do effective ministry in a post-Christian culture. 

My role with AT3 is in recruitment and mobilization. Since I have experience in both AT3's summer internship and apprenticeship programs, I am able to share the mission of AT3 with others as a recruiter, giving them firsthand stories to my experiences in the UK church. Once they have come onboard with AT3, I then help them in the pre-field training and paperwork they need to finish in order to maximize their experience as a missionary in the UK. 

By supporting my work as a staff member of AT3, you help me to multiplicatively spread the gospel, as I help prepare missionaries to serve in churches all over the UK. My position with AT3 helps expand the organizations bandwidth and gives us the opportunity to send more missionaries to the often overlooked post-Christian UK.
