Story
Mark and Jaclyn Sievert have a passion for sharing the gospel and seeing families transformed by the word of God. They were faithfully serving in leadership at their local church, when God called them into full-time ministry to bring the good news to the unreached. They will be serving with the Quechua Initiative in Peru.
In Peru, there are 7 million indigenous Quechua people living in farming communities in the Andean Highlands. Many subgroups of Quechua are still classified as least-reached, with less than 5% of the population professing faith in Jesus.
The Sieverts will be focusing on ministering to Quechua people speaking the Huaylas, South Conchucos and North Conchucos dialects. They will be discipling Quechua believers, who will help bring the hope of the gospel and the love of Christ to people living in remote villages in the Andes.
Please pray for the Quechua people as we ask God for a gospel movement among every least-reached Quechua tribal group - in our generation.
