Dear Church Registrar...

The Women’s Conference 2023 is already shaping up to be another awesome event!  Sharon Hodde Miller will be our speaker so get your planners out and mark your calendars for Engage: Called To More, which will take place January 27-29, 2023, at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa, 1 Old Golf Course Rd., Monterey, CA 93940.

A special note: This will be our final year at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa so make plans to come and celebrate all God has done through our years at this venue.  It wouldn’t be the same without you and your women there!

Click on the links below, to find the forms needed to complete the registration process for your women.  The following is a short description of each form: 

• 8.5x11 POSTERS, 11X17 POSTERS (customizable white space for church-specific instructions), BULLETIN INSERTS, AND POSTCARDS:  To be included in your bulletin or used for an events wall. 
• REGISTRATION BROCHURE:  Your church registration packet should be mailed and postmarked by November 16, 2022.  Please check the forms for correct and legible information before sending them to us.  Please be sure to staple the registration forms together by room.  
  • Note:  Please be sure your ladies are aware of the new configurations of the rooms before they register (no more double beds!):

  Quad = 4 women sharing a room with 2 queen beds
  Tri = 3 women sharing a room with 1 king and 1 roll-away
  Double = 2 women sharing a room with 2 queen beds

  • CHURCH REGISTRATION TOTALS SHEET:  This is to be sent in with the individual registration forms for each guest, as well as one church check to cover the total.  Instructions are on the sheet.  Please read carefully; if you have any questions, contact our Conference Registrar, Michelle Kendrick, at michelle@convergepacwest.com. Deadline:  November 16. Michelle will follow up with a confirmation email to let you know it was received in the office.  Please Note:  A $25 fee will be added for each registration received after the deadline.

  Please direct your women to the main Women's Conference page instead of this page (which is intended specifically for church registrars).  
  

  INFORMATIONAL LETTER can be downloaded and distributed to your women.  They are also available on the main Women's Conference page for the women to access directly.
  

  We realize that, sometimes, plans change, however due to contractual obligations with the Hyatt Regency, no REFUNDS are permitted for paid registrations for the 2023 Converge PacWest Women's Conference.  Please contact michelle@convergepacwest.com for all transfer requests.  We appreciate your understanding.
  

  While we love babies and children, the conference is set up to accommodate women, not children.  INFANTS AND YOUNG CHILDREN should not be brought to the conference.  Thank you for your understanding and for honoring this time set aside for fellowship among our women.
  

  Lastly, please pray!!  We would also ask that you encourage your women to begin to pray daily for the speaker, the worship team, the seminar leaders, each woman attending, and the leadership team.   Our prayer is that we all bring honor, glory, and praise to our God!
