Dave Ripper
Lead Pastor of Crossway Community Church
Dave Ripper serves as the lead pastor of Crossway Christian Church in Nashua, NH, and as the chaplain of the Boston Bruins. This year, he’s completing his doctorate in spiritual direction from Fuller Theological Seminary and the Dallas Willard Center. Dave is the co-author of The Fellowship of the Suffering: How Hardship Shapes Us for Ministry and Mission, along with his friend and mentor, Paul Borthwick. He and his wife, Erin, a mental health therapist, have three kids and make their home in Dunstable, MA. In his free time, Dave is trying to climb all 48 of New Hampshire’s 4,000 foot mountains.

Josh Reich
Lead Pastor at Community Covenant Church
Josh is the dad to 5 fun kids and is married to Katie, who keeps them all running in the same direction. He's also the Lead Pastor at Community Covenant Church in Rehoboth, MA (they moved last year from Arizona). His free time is consumed with high school sports, but with any leftover margin, he makes room to smoke meat on his big green egg, lift weights, read books, and continue his self-appointed job as a coffee snob. He's been a church planter, has an M.Div. in Missional/Organizational Leadership from Mission Seminary, wrote Breathing Room: Stressing Less, Living More, and trains pastors and church planters around the country on leadership, preaching, marriage and health. He blogs at joshuareich.org.

Kevin Butterfield
Students & Young Adult Pastor, Black Rock Church
Kevin grew up in and love living in New England. He worked with youth and young adults for most of his ministry, but has also been a Lead Pastor and Worship Pastor. Kevin has a passion to raise up leaders to see the next generations follow Jesus. He married to Kerrie and they have two adult children, Noah and Hanna. Kevin and his family lived in Australia for 8 years and love to travel, cook, go on “eating adventures”, roast coffee, play games, vintage motorcycles, and spend time with young people.

Brian Prue
Pastor, Coach & Region Leader with Converge Northeast
Brian has been pastoring for almost 20 years in New England. He has served both small and large churches, currently supporting pastors in Litchfield County through his ministry as Pastor of Spiritual Growth at Walnut Hill Community Church in Bethel, CT. Brian is the Connecticut Advance Team leader, equipping and supporting pastors for Converge Northeast. He has been a partner with Overseed for many years, and also leads a pastors cohort with Thriving in Ministry through Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.
Brian also owns his own coaching firm and works with business executives and top leaders, specializing in coaching people for building healthy culture, strategic growth, developing healthy team, people management, communication, and conflict resolution.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree from Gordon College in Business Administration, and in Youth Ministry. Brian also holds Master of Divinity from Bethel University in Missional Leadership. Brian holds a Certificate in Executive Coaching through Columbia University.

Andy Needham
Regional Vice President of Converge Northeast
Andy is a New England native who has spent the past two decades serving in ministry roles from church leadership, to nationally touring worship artist, to launching and leading conferences. He is now serving in as the Regional Vice President and Associate Director of Converge Northeast. Beyond his work with Converge Northeast, Andy often travels to speak, lead worship, and consult with churches. Andy is married to Bethany, his best friend and a remarkable woman of God. He has two children Josiah (19) and Mercy (17) that keeps his family laughing, praying, and rejoicing. Their beloved golden-doodle, Fenway, rounds out the tribe.

Bethany Needham
Host, Hey Girl Podcast
Bethany Needham has an abiding passion for seeing people of all ages experience freedom through the truth of God’s Word. Her adventurous spirit shines as she combines side-splitting humor with heart-piercing vulnerability.
In addition to speaking, Bethany is the host of the Hey Girl Podcast and a personal trainer. She lives in central NH with her husband Andy, two children, Josiah (19) and Mercy (17), and dog Fenway. In quiet moments you’ll find Bethany lost in a book or exploring the woods with her furry four-legged companion.

Who should attend the One Day?
We welcome all ministry and marketplace leaders. The heart of the movement is tailored to advance emerging leaders, meaning women and men who are early to mid-career, however, everyone is welcome to attended.
What is the content?
The content will focus around the 4 values: spiritual formation, effective communication, kingdom leadership, and spiritual friendship.
What will the day look like?
Each attendee will be assigned a cohort to cycle through three small, interactive rooms. There will also be a breakout session to choose from. Lunch will be provided.
