BREAKING NEWS FROM BANGKOK, THAILAND

God is still in control! “Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; nor His ear heavy, that it cannot hear.” (Isa. 59:1) We need to be faithful in prayer. Also since He promises, “…my word… that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please…” (Isa. 55:11), we must be faithful in reading the Bible and sharing it with others. What a mighty God we serve!

Getting the gospel out is more complicated at this moment due to social distancing as well as school, church, and business closings. One of the most convenient ways has been through social media. I am in constant communication with my cell group and with friends who need to be reminded about God’s love for them and hear about His power to save. There are wonderful Christian songs and sermons online to share.

I am continuing to study the Thai language. I study online at the present time. I am committed to learning the Thai language well so that I can share the gospel more effectively with the Thai people.

I sincerely thank you for your continued commitment during this crisis to help us bring the gospel to the least-reached peoples of the world.  Many people in Thailand have never heard about Jesus – ever! They are afraid of the future. They need to hear the good news. Thank you again!
