                              YOUR MISSIONARY IN BANGKOK, THAILAND

As I mentioned in my last prayer letter, I would be traveling to the United States this month. It was necessary to go to Mexico, too, since I received a message from my daughter, Elizabeth, regarding her father, Dr. Armando Guzman’s, passing. He had tested Covid-positive, was hospitalized, and put on a respirator. He died, however, a few days later. She really wanted me to be with her, so I went through hasty preparations and arrived in southern Mexico a couple of days later. I arrived in time for the memorial service for my husband of over 34 years. After that, we returned to my daughter’s home in San Antonio, Texas.

I will take the next couple of weeks as a moment to spend time with the family, get my Covid vaccination (not readily available in Thailand, especially for foreigners), and purchase a few needed items before returning to Bangkok.

Please continue to pray for my students who have heard the Word of God – may it truly resonate in their hearts and lives. I continue contacting them when possible. Please pray for Hannah, a girl I witnessed to on the plane. She is preparing for armed forces service and will be stationed in Italy. May she open her heart to God.

Also, please pray for my return trip back to Thailand around the end of June. I must submit various documents to the Royal Thai Embassy for their approval and obtain a Certificate of Entry. Then, I must be quarantined for 14 days upon arrival. I am hoping and praying that I can teach some more Santisuk students online during that time.

PRAYER REQUESTS:    

1. For many students to enroll at each of our Santisuk schools and have open hearts to receive the Lord
2. For my transition to Ladkrabang – finding a good apartment when I return, etc.    
3. For the salvation of Peh, Game, Bale, Fah, Tao, Fern, May, Gam, Ome, In, Eve, Aun, Chontong, Suay, Poom, Deng, Rad, and Bell.
4. For safe travels back to Thailand.
