Are you passionate about planting churches and making a transformative impact? First Baptist Church is seeking a Church Planting Resident to join their team and be equipped to plant a church that will impact the Muscatine area with the power of the gospel. As a full-time resident, you will undergo Converge's Church Planting Training and Assessment Process and gain valuable ministry experience within the church. You will serve alongside the Elder Team, preaching regularly, shepherding and caring for the church members, and providing oversight to outreach-related events and initiatives. Your role will also involve developing strategies to equip the members to share the gospel and engage their communities, organizing missions trips, and leading a launch team for the church plant.
