The pastor will be responsible for providing leadership and shepherding oversight in the overall life and ministry of GracePoint, with an emphasis on preaching and teaching, vision casting with the elder team, and motivating members to accomplish the mission of the church, which is to: grow in Christ, reach the lost, adore Jesus in lifestyle worship, connect with each other, and equip everyone to use their gifts in service to others.

Qualifications
We desire a senior pastor with a passion for God with a mature faith, and a Christ-like spirit, evidenced in his personal life, relationships, and ministry. We desire our senior pastor to lead a disciplined life of daily fellowship with God in prayer and Bible study. That he be theologically grounded, spiritually mature, and fulfills all the Biblical qualifications of an elder (Titus 1:5-9, 1 Tim. 3:1-7, 1 Peter 5:1-4). He must be able to work within a plurality of elder team leadership and be in agreement with the GracePoint Affirmation of Faith. We prefer he has a Masters of Divinity, tech literacy, and able to make a long term commitment to our rural ministry. Salary & Benefits: $70,000 - $90,000
The total salary package will range between $70,000-$90,000 dependent on experience and includes fund for salary, housing allowance, retirement, health insurance, and pastoral expenses.
