We are Converge missionaries serving the International Baptist Convention (IBC) as Director of Church Multiplication. Our role is to lead the effort to multiply English-language international churches to reach "glocal" people" — global people living in local communities. (More than 200 million people are living outside their home country.) "CATALYST" is our missional name.
CATALYST is the church planting initiative to mobilize and multiply the English-language church planting efforts of the IBC.
